Fred David Orlando

Fred David Orlando was born  on January 29, 1927 in Dos Palos, CA.  He passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 25, 2016 surrounded by his children  and loving caregivers of Green Gables Home in Clovis Ca.

Fred was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Alice Orlando; parents Michele and Serafina Orlando,  brothers Tony and Ace Orlando; and daughter-in-law Phyllis Orlando.

He is survived by his Son Tim Orlando, Daughter Carol Borboa and son-in-law Ron,   Brothers  Joe and  Andy Orlando, grandchildren Michael  Orlando, Brian Borboa and Brandi Johnson, many great grand children and nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank Green Gables Care Home and caregivers for the loving care they  provided.  Especially owner Lorik,  Joy and Ofelia who were our angels during this difficult time. Also a  heartfelt thank you to Saint Agnes Hospice for their support and knowledge of dealing with the final days.A Visitation will be held Thursday October 6, 2016 at Fierro Family Funeral Home from 6 PM to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on October 7, 2016, visitation begins at 10 AM,  Funeral Mass will begin at 11 AM, followed by burial at Dos Palos District Cemetery. .Donations in Fred's memory can be made to Saint  Agnes Hospice 6729 N.
