Joe Carter

Joe Carter passed away on March 4, 2017 at his home in Talequah, Oklahoma, he was 76. Joe was born on March 29, 1940 in Colgate, Oklahoma, he and his family moved to Dos Palos when he was a young boy, he lived in Dos Palos for 67 years. 

Joe leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 57 years Rosie Carter,  his sons Cullen and his wife Becky, Bart and his wife Julie, his daughters Tina and her husband Rusty, and Patricia. Joe also leaves behind his grandchildren Crystal, Wesley, Jeremy, Thomas, Russell, Joseph, Rosie, Misty, April, Stephanie, Lacey, Michael and Damaris, along with 15 great grandchildren, Joe also leaves his brothers Everett, Gene and Terre and his sisters Marie, Katie, Quartez, Gloria and Debra.

Joe was preceded in death by His sister Pauline, his brother David and sister Teresa Mae.

Services will be held Friday March 10, 2017 at Fierro Family Funeral Home in Dos Palos, visitation will be from 11AM to 12PM, Funeral Service will begin at 12PM, followed by burial at Los Banos Cemetery District. A reception will follow at the Dale Hale Hall 931 Center St. in Dos Palos.
