Catarino Montez Nunez Jr.

Catarino Montez Nunez Jr. passed away on January 29, 2018 with his loving niece Adriana Nordreen by his side.  Cat was born on January 13, 1941 to Catarino Sr. and Emilia Nunez in Texas. Cat could often be found a Hurtodo's Market where he would spend his afternoon's helping and greeting customers at the store.

Cat was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Dora Armendarez.

Catarino leaves behind to cherish his memory his sisters Josie Nunez of Dos Palos, Margie Lagmay of Los Banos, Rosario Parras of Merced and Juana Gilreath of Santa Clara, his brothers John Nunez of Dos Palos and Larry Nunez of Colorado, along with  many nieces and nephews and his four legged companion Oreo.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday February 10, 2018 at 11 AM at Fierro Family Funeral Home 1702 Golden Gate Ave. in Dos Palos.
