Debra Jean (Turner) Webb

The world lost the wisest mother and the funniest and kindest friend, sister, and daughter  on Oct. 3rd, 2017  after losing her battle with bladder cancer. She passed away at Anberry Nursing Home in Atwater, CA. Debra is survived by her children Marissa of San Jose, Dakota of Los Banos, her mom Jean of Oklahoma, brother Steve(Susan) of Los Banos and brother Jim of Oklahoma. She was also loved by a large family of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and great nieces. She was preceded in death by her son Travis and her father Elmer Turner.  

    Debra was born in Dos Palos and raised in Los Banos. She was a 1976 graduate of Los Banos High School. Debra had the pleasure of working many years for  Franklin Peluso as an Administrative Assistant. She was the kind of woman you could happily spend hours and hours talking about everything under the sun, and she’d always sprinkle in a hilarious comment here and a wise word of advice there. This amazing woman always loved to help people, and had a passion for crafting and a hobby of photography she’d intended to rekindle.She always had a deep, abiding love for her children,her family, her friends … and shoes. We love and miss you Debra.

A commital Service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM  at Dos Palos District  Cemetery 1800 Elgin Ave. in Dos Palos, CA
