Jean Maria Pacini

April 28, 1943 - November 7, 2017, A long time Dos Palos resident Jean Maria Pacini age 74, passed away peacefully on Tuesday November 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. Jean was born on April 28, 1943 in the Azores of Portugal to Joe Rita Sr. and Maria Freitas Rita. Jean emigrated from Portugal at the age of 13. She attended Los Banos High School. Jean married John Pacini Jr. a Dos Palos resident on June 27, 1970, at Sacred Heart Church in Dos Palos. Jean truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending time with her family and friends, cooking, sewing, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jean is survived by her Husband John, daughter Allison Davis son in-law Mike Davis; Son Richard Pacini, daughter in-law Misty Pacini and grandchildren Kyle Davis (25) granddaughter in-law Angela Davis (24), Ryan Davis (21), River Pacini (20), Jordan Pacini (18) and Danny Pacini (13). She is also survived by her sisters Maria Alamo of Gustine, Carmen Sousa of Dos Palos and brother Joe Rita Jr. of Chowchilla and many nieces and nephews. Jean's funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church in Dos Palos, CA. Services will begin with a viewing at 9:00 - 10:30 AM, Rosary at 10:30 AM, Mass at 11:00 AM and she will be laid to rest at the Dos Palos District Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Sacred Heart Church, Parish Hall.
