Ramona C Esquivel

Ramona Esquivel passed away on January 16, 2018 at the age of 83. Ramona was born in Silver City, NM on July 4, 1934 to her parents Cecil Collins and Francisca Collins. Ramona has resided in Merced county for over 59 years in which she dedicated 10 of those years to being a teachers assistant for the Dos Palos Headstart program. Ramona was known for being a very caring and loving person, she enjoyed reading and sewing in her spare time and loved spending time with her family and friends. Ramona married the love of her life Jose Esquivel in 1949 and together they had eleven children. She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Esquivel, sons Daniel Esquivel and Robert Esquivel a daughter Christina Cole and Daughter in law Elidia Esquivel she is also preceded in death by two grandchildren Gabriel Esquivel Jr and Linda Malfabon and two great grandchildren. She is survived by her sons Ray Esquivel, Felix Esquivel, David Esquivel, Gabriel Esquivel. She is also survived by Daughters Josie Aguinaga, Virginia Esquivel, Paula Esquivel and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ramona was loved deeply and will be dearly missed by many. 

Per her wishes there will be no services held, this is the way mom wanted it.
