Anna B, Darneal

Anna Darneal was born July 13, 1933 to her parents Luther and Myrtle Hutson. Anna was a long time resident of Dos Palos for 65 years. She married the love of her life James Darneal in 1951 and together they raised four children Susan, Jackie, Jimmy and Julie. Anna enjoyed family gatherings where they would play card games and always drew a big crowd. Anna also enjoyed fishing and camping. She was a Oakland Raiders fan an also a Oakland A's fan and loved to attend their games. Anna worked in the Dos Palos Elementary School cafeteria for ten years before becoming a claims adjuster for Farmers Insurance in Merced for 22 years. She has 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild.
