Ellneata Gonzales

Ellneata Rosenstiel - Gonzales was born on January 30, 1950, and passed away June 26, 2025. She was born in Merced, California and grew up in Dos Palos where she attended school and resided. She worked at the Textile Mill for many years before becoming a housekeeper. She had many people she enjoyed working for as well as some of them turning into long-life friends after she retired. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and her recent passion buying and making jewelry. 

She’s proceeded in death by her loving parents Bessie and Oscar, sister Juanita Walker, brother Sonny, nephew Timothy “Timmy” Walker, and the love of her life Tony Cardoza. She is survived by her children Rodney (Amanda) Gonzales, Rick Gonzales, Kimberly (Keith) Carpenter, bonus children Michael (Megan) Cardoza, Eric (Sherry) Cardoza, and Tonia Cardoza. Several grandchildren Katie (Michael), Nicholas, Alyssa, Zazianna, Izayah, Clayton, Candace, great-grandchildren Cathalanea, and Bentley. Bonus grandchildren Sebastian, Madeline, Courtney, Joshua, Davin, and Hailey. She’s also survived by her niece Linda (Ronnie) Mancebo, great-niece Jaimie Mancebo-Juarez (Daniel), and great-great-nieces Kylie, Kamryn, Kinsley and nephews Landon and Liam. She was very much loved by many and will be missed a whole lot more, but she will never be forgotten for being an amazing daughter, sister, aunt, mom, grandmother, and friend.
