Ivan Lee Albertson

Ivan Albertson, 82, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 4, 2024 in Elk Grove, CA. Ivan was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to many.   He was born on September 28, 1942 to Ivar and Selma Albertson in Portland, Oregon.   He is preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter.    He is survived by his brother Arnold, and four children Debbie, Pam, Paul and Kathleen, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Ivan taught Math and English at the Los Banos High School and Community College for many years.   He enjoyed many things including spending time at Sea Ranch with his dear friend Wanita Lawler, playing the violin, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.  The funeral ceremony will be at the Fierro Funeral Home in Dos Palos, CA on Saturday, October 19th at 11 AM.
