James William Franklin Bryant

James William Franklin Bryant also known as (Red) was born on July 2, 1957, in Fresno, CA to his parents Jim and Maxine Bryant, and passed away peacefully at home on August 23, 2022.

James was raised in Dos Palos, CA where he attended all the local schools. James met his wife Pletie Bryant in 1974 and later married in April of 1982, they have two children son James R. Bryant and daughter Marie Doucette. He loved fishing and spending time with his family and grandkids.

James is preceded in death by his parents Jim and Maxine Bryant, his wife Pletie Bryant, brother John Bryant and wife Betty Bryant, sister Mary Turman, nephew Kenneth Turman, and niece Emily Bryant.

He is survived by his son James R. Bryant, Daughter Marie Doucette and husband Matt Doucette, grandchildren Josh Doucette, Brandon Doucette, Hailey Bates, Riley Doucette, and Matilyn Doucette. His brothers Leroy Bryant and his wife Julie, Andy Bryant and his wife Jessica, his sisters Myrtle Sanchez and husband Tereso, Shirley Hooper and husband Mike, Janice Phelen and husband Jim, and many nieces and nephews. James will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
