Letha Zuspan Obituary

Letha Marie Zuspan was called home on October 13th, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Zuspan and Great Grandson Andrew Zuspan, her siblings Beatrice Tiffee, Thelma Cline, Grace Albright and Carl Jacobson.  She is survived by her children Glenn Zuspan, Linda Doermann, her grandchildren, Erin Webb, Eugene Zuspan, Steven Prince, Allison Zuspan, Christopher Zuspan, Jacob Zuspan and her Great Grandchildren, Hunter Webb, Cassidy Zuspan, Fidel Zuspan and Ricky Zuspan.

Letha Zuspan was the longest running employee for the City of Dos Palos, serving the community for over 50 years.  Letha was previously very active in the community, volunteering her time to the 4-H club, Boy Scouts, PTA, First Christian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.  She had held offices in the Dos Palos Recreation Commission and the Dos Palos District Chamber of Commerce.  She was also involved in the Dos Palos Department Bicycle run, Safety Programs, The Dos Palos Swim team and The Dos Palos Senior Citizens Club.  Letha also had played an active roll in the dedication of the Oddfellows Grove, City Hall, the Water Plant and the Sewer Plant. 

Letha lived in Dos Palos from birth until her death and she was well known for her annual Banana Nut Bread and Wine Cake.  She loved this community and the people in it, her family requests that a donation be made to the Letha Zuspan plaque, PO Box 716, Dos Palos, CA 93620.

Letha was an amazing lady and will be missed extensively.  Memorial service still to be determined.
