Margery, or Margie as she was known by her friends and co-workers was reunited with her husband and son in Heaven on June 3rd. She was born in French Camp, California. As a child, Margie and her five brothers moved often before finally settling down in Firebaugh in the late 50's. She married the love of her life John D. Williams on Jan 15, 1962 and gave birth to two sons, John Williams Jr.(Davy) in 1963 and Andrew Williams(Andy) in 1966.
Margie was a remarkable woman. She was a hard worker, many remember her from Cattleman's ( Dos Palos Y Auction Yard) where she cooked for over 20 years. She was a kind person never had a bad thing to say about anyone. Margie was a wonderful mother, an amazing grandmother and she will be missed dearly.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Maxey and Weldon, her husband of 46 years John and her son Davy. Surviving are her brother Ted Davis and his family in Sandy, Or., brothers Eddie and Artie Davis in Ca, her son Andy in Dos Palos, grandchildren Misti and her husband Chad in Los Banos, Nicolas (Cindy) in Dos Palos, Great-Grandchildren AJ and Brooklynn as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. She was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
