Departed on March 27, 2021, and will be laid to rest on April 12, 2021, at the Dos Palos Cemetery by way of a graveside funeral at 12 pm. Rotha departed this earth to return to her heavenly father. We will all miss her laughter, bigger-than-life personality, and whimsical free spirit.  Rotha was an intelligent, creative and talented clothes designer. She could dress you in Versace, Ralph Lauren and Donna Karen replica's that could fool even the more discerning of critics. We love you Rotha and know that you have found a truly restful and peaceful place. In God's name and spirit, you ascend with our ever-lasting love.
