Dorothy Pearl George

Dorothy Pearl George went home on August 18, 2016 at the age of 98. Dorothy was born on July 20. 1918 to Fred Elmer Ames and his wife Nellie in Oklahoma. Dorothy was a member of the Rebecca's Lodge and a long time member of the First Christian Church in Dos Palos, where she was involved in many church activities. Dorothy loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren,

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Nellie Ames, her husband William Joseph George and her son Gary George. Dorothy leaves behind her son William George and his wife Peggy, her grandchildren Greg George and his wife Christian, Nathan George, Adam George and his wife Casey along with 4 great grandchildren.

Service will be on Thursday August 25th, 2016 at Selma District Cemetery 2430 Floral Ave. in Selma, CA 93662 at 10:00 am.
