Eloisa Alvarez "Juana" was born on May 6, 1949 in Roma, Texas, the 5th child of 16 born to Elijio and Manuela Alvarez of Los Barreras, Texas.
She married Jackie Dale Robertson on September 22, 1969, They had 3 children: Mary Ann, Jackie Jr and Albert (Dugie)She was affectionately known as Honey to all her grandchildren, family and friends. Her oldest grandchild Sergio, whom she called Joey, gave her that nickname as a small boy he believed it to be her name as she endearingly called it to her husband, so Honey she than became. She was loved and will be missed by her family more that words can ever express.Our hearts are broken. We take solace in knowing that with her last breath here, she then took her first breath with Him. Eloisa passed away on August 21, 2017, 2 years to the day of her mother-in-law Wanda Robertson whom she loved dearly and also called Mom.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elijio and Manuela Alvarez. Her brothers Margarito Alvarez and Castulo Alvarez. Her sister Esmeralda Clarke. Her mother-in-law Wanda Robertson and her brother-in-law Danny Robertson.
Eloisa is survived by her husband Jackie Robertson of Los Banos. Daughter Mary Ann Jones (Kevin) of Dos Palos Son Jackie Robertson Jr (April) of Milwuakie, Oregon Son Albert Robertson of Los Banos. She had 8 grandchildren: Sergio (Samantha), Kirsten, Devin, Aidan, Jared, Sydney, Caleb and Jackie III, She had 1 Great Granddaughter Dani Frances She is also survived by her sisters Felicitas (James) Summers, Maria Del Pilar Suarez, Antonia Cintora (Miguel), Odilia Alvarez, Eva Alvarez, Norma Guerrero (Armando) and Teresa. And her brothers Pedro (Elizabeth), Elijio Jr. (Irene), Juan, Felipe (Vicky), Ramon and Silvestre (Valentina) Alvarez. Also sister-in-law Sarah Seals , She is survived by many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. In addition, she is survived by her best friend of over 35 years Carolina Arizaga and her sister in law Blanca Alvarez whom she loved both like sisters.
Services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dos Palos on Monday August 28, 2017 at 10:30am
Followed by burial at Dos Palos Cemetery District
